This replacement stem is for the "Old Style" full turn 500 series Mansfield style wall hydrants only. The stem comes complete with right and left hand packing and is pre tapped (threaded) for the handle screw. Replacement stem is 18 in. overall length Right hand and left hand graphite packing's are included Pre tapped (threaded) for the handle screw
