Beauroy sits on the left bank of the Serein on steep, dry, Kimmeridgian slopes that force the vines to work for it. The wine is built accordingly: deeply expressive aromatics of hawthorn and acacia, a round and ripe mid palate, and a long, stony finish. 2023 was a warm, generous
